Physics of Light

We learned all about the different types of light on the electromagnetic spectrum, and how light can interact with objects! Our participants also worked together to build a wave machine, then experienced properties of light first hand with some diffraction glasses.

Our very first workshop! We learned about all kinds of bridges, and our attendees built their own to put to the test by measuring how much weight they could hold before breaking. Our team learned a lot as well, and we look forward to improving our future workshops and seeing everyone again!
